| With any regular car, you keep the deposit and sell it to someone else. Clearly, you can't do that here because finding a buyer isn't easy for a highly modified car. As such, you really only have two options. 1) You live with it because even though the fixes cost nearly as much as the $2,500 he gave you, you really haven't lost cold, hard cash just yet. Magazines and ZCON blow the royal goat, but still no actual money lost. 2) You tell him that the deposit is gone right now and that you are putting the car back up for sale to any interested buyers. In fact, you should do that right now. That way you have it up just in case another buyer that IS ready comes along can have it and you also do double duty to get the current buyer off his ass and in gear. I vote for number two. I don't even know who it is just yet and it could be Damon for all I know...and the advice stays the same. Shit or get off the pot.
